Montana is currently in Phase 1 of reopening our state amid the COVID 19 pandemic. Phase 2 will begin June 1, 2020. Read the full details on the MT Governors Task Force page . In Phase 2, the 14 day self quarantine will be lifted allowing visitors from other states to enter Montana without having to self quarantine. People may gather in groups of less than 50 people when social distancing is not possible or maintain 6′ social distancing. Restaurants, bars, breweries, etc will be allowed additional capacity in their establishments. Read more about the Phase 2 reopening plan and what is allowed and recommended. Masks are still encouraged and those who are immune compromised should take extra precautions in groups, stay home when possible and EVERYONE should continue to practice handwashing and take measure to prevent the spread of COVID19.
As we enter Phase 2 our office will be open to the public again. We will be taking extra measures to disinfect surface areas regularly, limit the number of occupants in the office at one time and provide hand sanitizer. We recommend that if you do not NEED to visit the office to use other methods for payments such as the drop box, mail, online pay, autopay or call to make your payment. Lease agreements and autopay agreements can be emailed and signed electronically. We are working to add Rent Online to our website!
