Dear Tenants
In response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) we are making a few changes for the safety of everyone in our community. We are still here to help you with all your storage needs, however, our office will closed to the public. Please call or email us if you need any assistance, need to rent a unit, or make a payment.
- While our office is closed to the public, we will continue to monitor the facility daily and we will be working both in the office and from home. We will continue to be available for you Monday-Friday 10-4:30. Access to your unit will remain unchanged and you can visit your storage unit 24/7.
- How to pay your rent? If you are on autopay, you do not need to do anything. Your rent payment will continue to be processed automatically as usual.
- You can call us with your payment, drop it in the box by the door, and mail it. This is a great time to set up pay online or autopay. If you are interested in setting up Online Pay or Auto Pay, please give us a call during regular office hours 10-4:30 Monday-Friday or email us and we’ll reach out to you.
This is a challenging time for all of us, but together we will make it through. Learn more about what you can do to protect yourself and others from Coronavirus at the CDC website. Continue to wash your hands, practice social distancing, stay home if you don’t need to go outside or are feeling ill.
